All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services (including but not limited to the games, content, visuals, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by or licensed to Immediate Games. These are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Immediate Games with respect to the Services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
